Wuchang and Hankow. Anybody who wishes our Nationalist
Government's success in her revolution should adhere to
the following three conditions:
(A)
He should support the Revolutionary Government. (B) He should obey all orders of the Nationalist
Government.
(c) He should join the Kuomintang which had always
upheld the interests of the whole people and
should follow its leadership.'
